YEP - London - Join peers in a Hackathon-style debate on attracting future talent

YEP London is delighted to welcome you to our first ever 'Hackathon-style' debate taking place on the morning of the 27th March. This event is kindly sponsored by Carter Jonas.

The built environment industry is facing a major skills shortage. The workforce shortfall is projected to widen in the future with some estimates showing that over 150,000 new workers will be needed in the UK property sector within 5 years.

We want to use YEP's platform to identify what the current barriers are to getting more people to join this incredible industry - what do the Next Generation want, what are the misconceptions, and what are the opportunities? This is what the Hackathon aims to find out!

Join us for a morning of discussions between a diverse group of individuals to reflect on this skills shortage - not only will this be an opportunity to collaborate with one another, but a great occasion to grow and expand your London property network over breakfast.
